Water, koenjit (kurkuma), ginger, laos, garlic, lemongrass, rapeseed oil, kentjoer, salt, onion, chili pepper, natural vinegar, trassi (shrimp paste), Purut leaf (lime leaf), Duan Salam (Indonesian laurel), thickener: xanthan gum .
