Emping Melindjo

The chips are made from melindjo nuts and have a slightly bitter aftertaste. Delicious as a snack or as a side dish with noodles, curry or roedjak with Gado Gado!

The krupuk from Samasaya is 100% natural with no artificial additives. We watch the krupuk bake in the oven until they colour perfectly golden. Then, we let the crackers rest for 18 hours before packaging, which ensures that they are nice and crispy all day long!
