The Samasaya Cassava krupuk are made from the root of the cassava plant. Great as a snack or as a side dish with curry, noodles or Soto meal soup with lemongrass!
We watch the krupuk bake in the oven until they colour perfectly golden. Then, we let the crackers rest for 18 hours before packaging, which ensures that they are nice and crispy all day long!
