Soto Ayam

With the spice paste you can easily make a fresh and spicy Javanese soto (or soup in English, with noodles and fresh vegetables). It is one of the best-known soups of the Indonesian cuisine and the recipe can be found here.

You can vary infinitely with the ingredients, for example by replacing the bean sprouts with other vegetables or replace the chicken with fish or a meat substitute!

Water, sereh (lemongrass), onion, CANDLENUT, garlic, salt, ginger, laos, kunyit (yellow carrot), rapeseed oil, sugar, natural vinegar, white pepper, daun purut (kaffir leaf), natural thickener (xanthan gum).
