Take a drink and relax, we cook a delicious Indonesian cuisine!
Step 1: Finely chop the onion. Mix the onion, half of the spice paste and the shredded coconut into the minced beef. Form balls the size of a walnut. Cover the balls in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the directions on the package.
Step 3: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and let the balls bake brown from the outside (flip them once). Remove them from the pan (they do not have to be cooked). Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the remaining spice paste for about 2 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the balls and let it simmer again for 10 minutes with a lid.
Step 4: Serve with rice and Samasaya krupuk.
Tip: Garnish with finely chopped spring onion and cilantro. If you want it more spicy, add chopped red pepper.
