Step 1: Cook the noodles according to the preparation method on the package and set aside.
Step 2: Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. If necessary, remove the dots from the sugar snaps and cook until cooked in 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Halve the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices. Mix the vinegar with the cucumber, season with pepper and salt to taste and set aside.
Step 4: Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken until golden brown. Add the bean sprouts and Kecap herb paste, heat for 3 minutes.
Step 5: Serve the spicy Kecap with noodles, sugar snaps and cucumber. Garnish with the fried onions.
