By adding the Samasaya herbal kecap spice paste to the minced chicken, an explosion of flavor is created!

Grab a drink and relax, we are going to cook a delicious Indonesian cuisine!
Step 1: Coarsely chop the coriander. In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken, 2 – 3 tbsp spice paste, the egg, the breadcrumbs and half of the coriander. Season with a little salt. Form 4 equal burgers, cover them with plastic foil and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the rice vinegar with 1 tsp lime juice and sugar. Cut the red cabbage into small pieces, add to the bowl and let it soak in the sweet and sour mixture. Toss every now and then.
Step 3: Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken burgers on medium heat for about 8 minutes until golden brown and throughly baked.
Step 4: Heat the sateh sauce.
Step 5: Cut the buns open (if necessary, grill the inside briefly), divide the lettuce, put the chicken burgers on top and garnish with sateh sauce, red cabbage atjar and cilantro.
