A tasty, tender chicken satay cannot be missed at a BBQ party. Or make them as a side dish for, for example, Nasi Goreng.
Optional: 1 tsp Samasaya sambal sauce for a little extra spice
Take a drink and relax, we are going to cook deliciously Indonesian!
Step 1: Mix the soy sauce marinade with the ketoembar and possibly sambal for extra spice.
Step 2: Cut the chicken into cubes and mix well into the marinade. Thread the marinated chicken cubes on a skewer or skewer and put in the fridge for one hour.
Step 3: Grill the saté in a grill pan or on the BBQ. Serve with the Samasaya sateh sauce.
Tip: if you use wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for half an hour beforehand. This way you prevent it from burning on the BBQ!
