Noodles with stir-fried fish

A delicious stir fry with chewy Samasaya noodles! A perfect combination between comfort and street food!

Shopping list

  • Samasaya fine egg noodles : 1
  • Samasaya Bami Goreng sachet : 1
  • Indonesian vegetables (one package) : 400 g
  • A hand of cashews : 1
  • Pangasius filet: 250 g

Grab a drink and relax, we are going to cook a delicious Indonesian cuisine!

Step 1: Boil the noodles according to the instructions and set aside.

Step 2: Cut the pangasius fillet into thick strips / cubes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the pangasius strips within 5-7 minutes.

Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Add the Bami Goreng spice paste along with the Indonesian wok vegetables and mix well. Wok for about 5 minutes.

Step 4: Mix the noodles with the vegetables and divide between three deep plates. Divide the fish and garnish with the cashew nuts.
