Step 1: Boil the noodles according to the instructions and set aside.
Step 2: Cut the pangasius fillet into thick strips / cubes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the pangasius strips within 5-7 minutes.
Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Add the Bami Goreng spice paste along with the Indonesian wok vegetables and mix well. Wok for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Mix the noodles with the vegetables and divide between three deep plates. Divide the fish and garnish with the cashew nuts.
