Traybaking is the ideal solution for everybody looking for a healthy (and delicious) dinner without too much work in the kitchen. Lets be honest: nobody likes a big hassle and lots of cleaning. Just put a variety of marinated vegetables and some potatoes on a bake tray, put it in the oven and let the heat do it’s job. The Roedjak spice paste provides mild spicy taste.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2: Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Wash the potatoes and cut in half. Mix the oil with the Roedjak spice paste in a large bowl. Add the vegetables and potatoes and mix well.
Step 3: Cover a baking tray with baking paper and spread the vegetables and potatoes on top. Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through and are golden brown.
Step 4: Coarsely chop the cashews. Remove the tray bake from the oven and garnish with the cashew nuts. Serve immediately.
