Kecap with bell pepper

Due to the mild sweet taste, this dish is a favorite with children.

Shopping list:

  • Pandan rice : 300g
  • Oil : 2el
  • Pork / chicken : 400g
  • Red pepper : 1
  • Green pepper : 1


Optional: Samasaya krupuk / sambal of your choice

Step 1: Cook the rice according to the preparation method on the package. Cut the peppers into thin strips.

 Step 2: Heat the oil in a wok and fry the pork until brown.

Step 3: Add the Kecap spice paste and pepper strips and heat for 4-8 minutes. Serve the Ketjap dish with the rice and add sambal to taste if needed.
