Step 1: Drain the block of tofu by placing it on a couple sheets of kitchen paper and pressing the tofu until all the liquid is absorbed. Cut the tofu into cubes of 2 by 2 centimeters and thread them on soaked skewers. Marinade the tofu blocks with the herbal kecap spice paste and grill on medium heat until the outside of the tofu turns dark, turn regularly.
Step 2: Grill the bimi on high heat for 4 minutes. Serve with the tofus skewers with satay sauce, garnish with fried garlic (slices).
