A colorful and fresh salad perfect for the summer (or for the times when you miss the summer temperatures). Packed with vegetables and crunchy chickpeas!
Grab a drink and relax, we are going to prepare a delicious Indonesian salad!
Step 1: Rinse the chickpeas. Mix the chickpeas in a bowl with the spice paste and 1 tbsp oil. Bake them crispy on medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn frequently. When the chickpeas start popping, you’re on the right track.
Step 2: Cut the tomatoes in half and the pointed peppers in strips. Boil the garden peas according to the package and then rinse with cold water. Finely chop the mint.
Step 3: Mix the yogurt and lemon juice together. Mix all the vegetables, the mint and the chickpeas in a bowl. Serve with the yogurt and krupuk.
