Bami Goreng

With a few easy steps you can make a delicious Bami Goreng yourself.

Shopping list

for 3-4 people:


  • Samasaya spice paste for Bami Goreng : 1
  • Wok shrimp : 250 g
  • Samasaya fine egg noodles : 250 g
  • Bami vegetables : 400 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Soy sauce: 1 el
  • Samasaya sweet soy sauce: 2 el
  • Oil : 2 tbsp


Optional: Samasaya sambal / krupuk / satay sauce of your choice.


Vegetarian? Replace the meat for tempeh, bake this before the egg in the wok, set aside and add to the dish together with the egg.


Take a drink and relax, we are going to cook delicious Indonesian cuisine.

Step 1: Boil the egg noodles according to the instructions and let cool.

Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the wok and stir-fry the eggs. Scoop from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the wok and fry the prawns until tender. Add the Bami Goreng spice paste together with the Bami vegetables and mix well.

Step 4: Add the eggs, cooled egg noodles, the soy sauce and the soy sauce and mix well. Add some sambal if needed.
