Grab a drink and relax, we are going to cook a delicious Indonesian cuisine!
Step 1: Cut the eggplant into rough blocks of about 2-3 centimeters. Mix the eggplant with the spice paste and heat in the pan until the aubergine turns golden brown and softens.
Step 2: When you see the eggplant start to discolor, add the sliced tomato, palm sugar and lemon juice. Let it simmer for a few more minutes and serve!
