Rendang

Rendang! Perhaps one of the best known and most popular dishes from Indonesia. A rich and wonderfully scented herbal paste for a quick rendang. Slightly spicy in taste.

Ingredients:

Water, onion, garlic, sugar, pepper, salt, rapeseed oil, ginger, laos (galanga), sereh, coriander (ketoembar), purut leaf, chili pieces, natural vinegar, koenier (turmeric), cumin (djinten), tamarind, clove, natural thickener: xanthan gum, cinnamon.
